1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of ilove.mybronson.com and any purchase from it. The site is operated by BRONSON PTY LTD (ABN 652 888 036), 65 Bevan Street, Albert Park, VIC 3206 Australia. Placing an order means you accept these terms.
2. Eligibility
You need to be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe our machines as accurately as we can. Colours on screen vary by display. Specifications for machines in an open production run may change in minor ways as manufacturing is finalised. Where a change is material we will email affected customers before shipping and offer a full refund.
4. Preorders
The current run is sold on preorder. Reserving a unit creates a binding order at the price shown, payable either in full or by deposit with the balance due when the run closes.
Ship dates shown on the site are estimates based on our current manufacturing schedule. They are not guarantees. Section 4 of the Refund policy sets out your rights if the date moves or the order is cancelled.
Run quantities are limited. We may close a run early once it sells out.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in USD and include or exclude GST as marked at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Payment is taken at the time of order, with deposits taken at reservation and the balance at 1 November 2026.
6. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, a reseller order placed against these terms, or stock we cannot supply.
7. Shipping, title and risk
Delivery terms are in the Shipping policy. Title and risk pass to you on delivery.
8. Warranty
Bronson machines carry a 24 months manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship in normal domestic use. It does not cover wear items, damage from misuse, water damage from unfiltered or unsuitable water supply, commercial use, or machines opened or modified by anyone other than us or an authorised technician.
This warranty operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not replace them. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Safe use
The machine heats water. Follow the supplied instructions. Use only in a domestic setting on a suitable power supply. Keep away from children.
10. Your account
Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at hello@mybronson.com if you think it has been compromised.
11. Content you post
Reviews, photos and other content you send us stay yours. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty free licence to use them in our marketing and on our site. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, or content you do not have the rights to.
12. Our content
The Bronson name, logo, site design, product images and copy are ours or licensed to us. Do not copy or reuse them without written permission.
13. Reselling
Our machines are sold for personal use. Buying to resell, including bulk purchases against these terms, is not permitted without a written wholesale agreement.
14. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our liability for a machine is limited to replacing it, supplying an equivalent, repairing it, or refunding the price. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
15. Third party links and apps
The site may link to third party services. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.
16. Termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts there have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you buy from outside Australia, mandatory consumer protections in your own country still apply.
18. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it. Last updated 27 August 2026.
