Not only does Bronson have one of the largest water reservoirs on the market, a 1-gallon, over 3.5-litre tank, that you can either fill directly or remove and fill under the tap…
It also has a 1/2” (15mm) male connector at the back, letting you hook Bronson up directly to your home or office’s main water supply. That means you never have to fill the tank again.
If you ever change your mind (or your water mains fail), just flick a switch - it reverts straight back to tank mode. Simple.
The internal tubing is certified BPA-free, food-safe silicone, not standard plastic. Silicone is chemically inert and heat-stable, and is widely used in medical equipment and baby products because it doesn’t leach microplastics or flavours.
The coffee outlet is stainless steel.
We have designed a hopper insert that you will be able to purchase as an add-on, enabling you to easily switch between two different bean types.
Suitable for teams of up to 30 staff, Bronson is probably the easiest coffee machine to work alongside. Yes. Production Run 2 is the finished, retail-ready Bronson. This model has been thoroughly tested by our engineers, manufacturing team, and in the real kitchens of our first customers - resulting in the final production model shipping out to Run 02 customers.
To us, customer service is just as important as the machine itself. Getting the run-around is against our core philosophy of “Coffee Simplified”. Bronson is built to last. That said, the inevitable will happen from time to time, and we’ll stand by you every step of the way.
We offer a 2 Year Warranty covering all parts and labor. However, if anything significant fails, we will not ask you to endure a long wait for repairs. Instead, we will simply exchange your machine so you can continue enjoying your coffee without interruption.
If it’s minor, we will provide comprehensive video tutorials that document every conceivable issue and solution. This will be part of the service guide that either yourself or a field technician can quickly use to troubleshoot and solve. Most parts in Bronson are modular and easily swappable.
Absolutely! If you change your mind at any point before preorders close, we will issue you a refund.

We will come and retrieve the machine for free, so you don't have to lift a finger. We simply ask that you clean and empty it, with no milk, water or used coffee grounds left inside before we pick it up.
The exception is significant user-caused damage, such as dropping or deliberately damaging the machine, which could mean a reduced refund or a return we cannot accept.
