Frequently asked questions

We are currently deep into the manufacturing phase. The molds needed to manufacture Bronson are being made as we speak.

Next comes testing, certification, and a final production run before we pack and ship.

For pre-order customers, we’re currently on track to begin shipping in Q3 2026.

US, UK, Europe, Australia, and Canada. We are fully certified in each of these markets.

How does Bronson compare to other machines?

We ran a poll with our early adopters, and over 80% of them requested a direct connection, so we built one in!

Not only does Bronson have one of the largest water reservoirs on the market, a 1-gallon, over 3.5-litre tank, that you can either fill directly or remove and fill under the tap…

It also has a 3/8” (10mm) male connector at the back, letting you hook Bronson up directly to your home or office’s main water supply. That means you never have to fill the tank again.

And if you ever change your mind (or your water mains fail), just flick a switch - it reverts straight back to tank mode.

Simple.

Yes, Bronson is designed to be more forgiving to oily beans. If there is some build-up, the grinder is easily accessible for cleaning with a removable head. Simply brush out the grounds and twist back into place.

We are currently designing a hopper insert that you can purchase as an add-on, which will enable you to easily switch between two different bean types.

Self Cleaning

This is one of the areas we’re most proud of. Bronson uses an innovative closed-loop brew path. That means as soon as a coffee is finished, the machine automatically seals itself off and flushes all the internal components that require cleaning. Less buildup, greater longevity, and no daily hassle. And it does it all invisibly, behind a unique, automatic extraction door. You will never, ever see Bronson rinse or spit water out.

Milk Cleaning

Unlike most machines, Bronson’s milk frother has no tubes or hidden parts that need cleaning. It uses induction heating with centrifugal foaming, so milk never runs through the machine. All you need to do is give the frother a quick rinse after each use. A deeper scrub once a month is plenty - but honestly, it’s built to be very durable. We’ve been testing it for over a year without issues.

Descaling

With Bronson, descaling isn’t a fixed requirement because it depends entirely on your local water quality. Some people with softer water may only need to descale once a year, while others with harder water may need it more often. Instead of forcing a schedule, we’ve made descaling optional, and when you do run it, it’s a simple three-step cycle.

Bronson won’t nag you, there are no mandatory consumables, and you stay in control based on your water and preferences.

The internal tubing is certified BPA-free, food-safe silicone, not standard plastic. Silicone is chemically inert and heat-stable, and is widely used in medical equipment and baby products because it doesn’t leach microplastics or flavours.

The coffee outlet is stainless steel.

Most machines sound like a jet engine at 6 a.m. Bronson doesn’t. This is because the hopper is buried within the machine.

What is the noise level of Bronson?

To us, customer service is just as important as the machine itself. Getting the run-around is against our core philosophy of “Coffee Simplified”. Bronson is built to last. That said, the inevitable will happen from time to time, and we’ll stand by you every step of the way.

We offer a 24-month warranty covering all parts and labor. However, if anything significant fails, we will not ask you to endure a long wait for repairs. Instead, we will simply exchange your machine so you can continue enjoying your coffee without interruption.

If it’s minor, we will provide comprehensive video tutorials that document every conceivable issue and solution. This will be part of the service guide that either yourself or a field technician can quickly use to troubleshoot and solve. Most parts in Bronson are modular and easily swappable.

Suitable for teams of up to 30 staff, Bronson is probably the easiest coffee machine to work alongside. It caters to every preference; milk, black, tea, short or long, without anyone needing instructions. And you don’t need one of those signs saying “please clean up after yourself” - because Bronson cleans itself.
