Warranty

When you purchase a Bronson coffee machine, you will receive the benefits of the Bronson Manufacturer Warranty (Bronson Machine Warranty). Bronson warrants all coffee machines against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase (please keep your receipt as proof of purchase).

Warranty Coverage

During this period, Bronson will either repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective product at no charge to the owner. Replacement products or repaired parts will be guaranteed for the unexpired portion of the Bronson Machine Warranty or six months, whichever is greater.

The remedies available under the Bronson Machine Warranty will not be available if you have caused the problem through carelessness, misuse, or failure to follow our instructions. The Bronson Machine Warranty does not cover defects resulting from accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

The benefits provided to you under this warranty are in addition to any other rights and remedies you may have under applicable law.

United States Consumer Protection

Under U.S. consumer protection laws, including state-specific warranties, you are entitled to remedies if the product is defective. For major failures:

  • You may be entitled to a repair or replacement at no additional cost.

  • Compensation may also be provided for reasonably foreseeable damages arising from a defective product.

Please note that this warranty is void if the product has been tampered with, altered, or used for purposes other than its intended function.

How to Claim Warranty Service

If you believe your product is defective, please contact Bronson (contact details below) for instructions on where to send or bring it for repair. Bronson will bear the expense of any product sent back to us under warranty. Proof of purchase will be required.
